Display provider's updated_at date when available
Example
On https://db.nomics.world/IMF/COMMP we read: "Last update: February 25th, 2019 at 11:33 pm".
This is because of this commit after which I ran a full conversion see imf-json-data commit.
See also current Solr index: http://localhost:8983/solr/dbnomics/query?q=type:dataset%20AND%20provider_code:IMF%20AND%20code:COMMP

The 3 dates available (created_at, converted_at, indexed_at) are irrelevant.
In the case of IMF we know the update date given by the provider.
We would like to display this date in the UI.
