Add higher maxiter to fix convergence problem of deseasonnalize function. Add seas_adj and var_code to avoid duplicate in cumgrowth dataframe.

Move non finance balance sheet from external to asset and sector Rmd and remove non finance transaction from external (it was redundant with asset and sector).
