FAO fetcher

• As a system
• I want to acquire data from FAO
• in order to rediffuse them on DBnomics.

Acceptance criteria

• MUST download FAOSTAT.zip available as BulkDownload on http://www.fao.org/faostat/en/#home
• MUST convert the datasets to DBnomics json format
• MUST use the list of datasets for make the (one level) category tree)
