UNCTAD - fetcher

download.py- As a system

• I want to acquire data from UNCTAD
• in order to redistribute them on DBnomics.

Acceptance criteria

• MUST ask for permission to redistribute
• MUST download all datasets using JScript
• MUST convert the dataset to DBnomics format
• MUST reproduce the hierarchy of categories
