Acceptance criteria:

• download 15 tables for from http://edenpub.bceao.int/ by emulating the JS interface (MUST)
• convert 15 csv files to DBnomics JSON. All files have the same structure (MUST)
• define and implement updating strategy (SHOULD)
• store categories from http://edenpub.bceao.int/tableauPredefini.php (MUST)
