BOE fetcher - Bank of England

• As a system
• I want to acquire data from Bank of England
• in order to diffuse them in DBnomics.

Tasks

• Download datasets from 64 Bankstats datsets (MUST)
• Convert the data into DBnomics TSV files. (MUST)
• The metadata are the series key, the series name, series notes and the dimensions. (MUST)
• The dimensions are: variable, concept, seasonal adjustment (when applicable), the unit (MUST)
• Acquire updating information (MUST)
• Reconstruct hierarchy of data (SHOULD)

Acceptance criteria

• series must include key, name and notes
• parsing errors must be logged
• updating information must be made available to the scheduler
